Care Package

Melissa and I sent Ainsley a care package on Monday morning. It consisted of a Pink Pooh Blanket, My First Eeyore That Rattles, Who Loves Baby Photo Album, Disposable Camera, Hard Candy, and Chocolate. Yes, Grandma Sisk the candy is not for Ainsley. It is for the nannies that have been caring for Ainsley until we could get her in our arms.

You can check out this website for information about where Ainsley is currently, etc.

Ainsley Chen Shuhui Sisk

Fed Ex Delivery

Mr. Fed Ex delivered our package Saturday at 12:48pm. When he knocked, the first words out of Melissa were "Oh my God, He's Here"! She didn't just open the door, she tore it clean off the hinges (glad I got a drill for Christmas). Melissa asked him if he woud mind having his picture taken, and with a bewildered look on his face he agreed. He just didn't know how much the package meant to us and our family!

Landed!

Whew, that stork's wings must be tired. He landed in Colorado where our agency is taking this evening to get everything translated to English and calling her orphanage to ensure that everything is acurate. Then we will get THE CALL and FINALLY be able to answer some of the questions people have been asking (name, age, weight, etc) Not to mention, be looking at the most beautiful girl in all of China (and that's a lot of people! and I'm sure the same that all the other new parents are thinking). Biased, nope not us, we are PARENTS. As always, don't call us, we'll call you :)
